TeamLinux rolls out six new kiosks

DAYTON, Ohio - TeamLinux | explore, a designer, developer and manufacturer of Web-enabled interactive kiosks, just unveiled a new six-unit product line.

The kiosks are designed for a wide variety of business environments and offer a selection of optional features to meet a company's need for multimedia and transaction processing. The suggested base price for these kiosks ranges from $1,499 to $6,500.

TeamLinux | explore's new line incorporates touch screens, printers, magnetic card devices, modems, keyboard and pointing devices, videoconferencing capabilities and wireless connectivity.

All models can be customized to maximize branding opportunities and to accommodate a variety of functions. The kiosks are available in casework, metal and plastic finishes. All units are designed for easy service access and can be upgraded as needed.

Headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, Team Linux | explore was previously known as the Gem City Kiosk Division and designed kiosks for the NCR Design Center. As such, it has designed and deployed more than 10,000 information and transaction kiosks since 1993. The company offers design, rapid prototyping, development, certification, manufacture with ISO 9000 certified partners and deployment.
