Tallahassee residents can now pay bills with kiosks

August 16, 2016

The city of Tallahassee, Florida has partnered with electronic payment company ACI Worldwide to provide bill payment kiosks to residents. Users will be able to pay utility bills with these kiosks, according to a press release.

ACI will also work with QuotePro Inc. to offer these kiosks at Tallahassee Community College, Florida A&M University and the Frenchtown Renaissance Center on August 17. ACI's bill payment solution is designed to also work with different channels such as kiosks, online, mobile and voice.

"Tallahassee embarked on an innovative way to enhance the customer payment experience, particularly for students and residents who pay their bills in person," said Mike Braatz, chief product officer, ACI Worldwide. "By leveraging the UP Bill Payments solution, the kiosks will provide an accessible alternative for utility bill payments."
