Swecoin launches new corporate Web site

MIDDLETOWN, R.I. -- Swecoin US Inc., designer of small footprint, highly reliable thermal printers, announced that it recently launched a new corporate Web site, www.swecoinus.com.

The site features a new menu system, updated information on the Swecoin family of products and services, technical drawings, and information on service and customer support, according to a news release.

The site was designed to be more user friendly, with links to easily identifiable areas of interest. The new featured sections include Swecoin products, technical support, resources, company and product news, a corporate overview with contact information and an online store.

The products section provides an informative overview of the Swecoin family of thermal printers and the proprietary looping presenter, and gives detailed information on each thermal printer, plus accessories and media. This section also provides examples of all the vertical industries where Swecoin printers are successfully deployed, the release said.

The technical support section features technical drawings and all the printer manuals, as well as downloadable Windows drivers and a link to problem reports and printer returns.

The site also offers a live, desktop streaming support option that features a live chat link for immediate technical support.

The resources section is dedicated to educating visitors on the self-service industry. It features articles, white papers and documentation on the patented Swecoin looping presenter, and the benefits of thermal technology versus laser printing. It also offers information on how to effectively choose a kiosk printer.

The section has information on thermal paper, the Swecoin USB specification and IEEE/1284 pinouts.

The news section features recent company and product news, recent articles, as well as a subscriber mailing list for the latest Swecoin news and information.

The online store is a secure site and allows customers to purchase thermal media for all Swecoin's thermal printers, as well as power supplies and cables.
