Survey: Nearly 100% of Indian consumers prefer online, mobile and in-store self-service options, better social media integration

According to India Infoline Ltd., NCR Corp. has released the results of a new survey showing that nearly all consumers in India prefer self-service options in retail, financial and travel services.

The survey indicates that 91 percent of Indian consumers are more prone to pick companies that provide them with more choices in when, where and how they buy, particularly online, via mobile and through in-store self-service.

Additionaly, 94 percent of those surveyed said companies need to do more to make their social media presence fully integrated with these channels.
