Springboard Corporation cancels In-Touch Survey Systems financing

Canada News Wire: In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd. ("In-Touch"
TSX-Venture: INT) announced today that Springboard Corporation ("Springboard")has advised In-Touch that it will not be proceeding with the financing in the form of a non-revolving secured credit facility in the maximum principal amount of $750,000, as previously disclosed in a news release dated June 29, 2004.
