Sousa in, Tillman out at PayStar

LODI, Calif. -- Kiosk developer and cashless ATM device provider PayStar Corp. (OTCBB:PYST) has named William Sousa president of its GLOBALCash division. Sousa joins the company at the same time that John Tillman has departed from his position as vice president of marketing for its InfoStation Division.

Sousa was one of the founders of SousaFone LLC, a Dallas-based company that partnered with PayStar to launch a PIN-based flat-rate long-distance service administered on the Internet. At PayStar, Sousa will focus on the company's electronic stored-value card technologies.

PayStar did not offer any information on Tillman's departure from the company. He joined PayStar in early May and was responsible for creating revenue for the company's Internet Transaction Machines. In a news release, PayStar said Carla Buckner remains with the company as senior vice president of sales and marketing for the InfoStation Division.
