Solara, Terrace move forward with merger

BLAINE, Wash.—Terrace Ventures Inc. has entered into a merger agreement with Solara Technologies Inc., a private British Columbia company engaged in the development of both hardware and software for the self-service vending industry, effectively extending the terms of the previously signed letter of intent with the principal shareholder of Solara.
