Toronto-based Signifi Solutions announced it had launched a Managed Services division for its DVD, game and Blu-ray rental kiosks. The division will provide its 40-plus years of expertise in strategic and financial planning, purchasing, marketing and deployment to help clients get their business off to a strong start.
"A number of clients from around the globe have access to great venues for entertainment kiosks, but don't really understand the nuances of the business. Our Managed Services team will help address this," said Tom Hall, sales vice president.
After a firm has launched its kiosk business, the division will either assist clients to build and train their own teams or continue to work side by side with them as their business grows.
Signifi says that entertainment kiosks require a higher level of planning, and that systems and procedures need to be tuned before the kiosk is activated for customers. Pricing, marketing, purchasing and location strategies are critical to success.
