Sign In Solutions, a provider of visitor management and experience solutions, announced a suite of features for its enterprise platform. The updates, which include AI-powered analytics and smarter workflows, are designed to simplify the visitor and employee journey, enhance security and compliance and deliver more value to enterprise customers, according to a press release.
The features — Analytics Assistant, Collaborative Workflows, Hybrid Sign-In and Gateway — are aimed at balancing a smooth welcome experience with robust security measures. They are customizable to meet the specific needs of industries such as aerospace and defense, pharmaceutical manufacturing and government.
Analytics Assistant, an AI-powered conversational tool, provides insights into visitor activity and risk identification, allowing teams to make data-driven decisions without running manual reports. Collaborative Workflows are designed to eliminate bottlenecks in onboarding processes by creating structured paths for collecting necessary documentation.
"Visitor management must be powerful and intelligent, yet frictionless and simple to use, which is exactly what we are delivering with these latest enhancements," Chris Burton, EVP of experiences and design at Sign In Solutions, said in the release. "We're not just adding functionality, we're helping organizations adapt to their ever-changing needs which ultimately delivers a smarter and more secure journey for both employees and visitors."
Additionally, the Hybrid Sign-In feature will allow guests to pre-register before arrival and complete the process by scanning a QR code at a kiosk. Gateway, a centralized authentication layer, aims to simlify IT management by unifying access across all Sign In Solutions products.
