MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Showintel Networks, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SWNW), which installs advertising plasma screens and loyalty kiosks at movie theaters, and Channel M have reached an agreement under which the companies intend to co-market in-theater advertising to their respective theater chains.
Upon approval from the theater chains and meeting certain conditions, Showintel will install its systems in locations represented by Channel M, which include Namco Cybertainment, Dream Machine, Loews, Cinemark, Marcus, National Amusements and BLOCKBUSTER Video stores.
According to a news release, Showintel has secured purchase order financing to finance the equipment needed for this expansion. Initial revenue to Showintel is expected to be approximately $560,000 per month, according to the release.
