SeePoint guest service kiosks installed at Harrah's Pa. casino

May 22, 2008

CHESTER, Pa. — Harrah's Chester, a casino resort with more than 100,000 square feet of gaming space, has installed self-service touchscreen kiosks, allowing for automated marketing and expand guest service options. These units, placed in the third floor casino area in the atrium, run continually without the need for staff supervision. They extend the property's ability to market directly to guests, provide a self-service solution for guest activation, and gather customer information for various drawings and giveaways.

SeePoint's free-standing VantagePoint print system includes a magnetic card reader, barcode reader and an integrated thermal printer. In addition, the kiosk integrates all of the necessary peripherals into a secure unit with no exposed ports, wires or cables; enabling the system to run effectively in Harrah's heavy-use, public gaming environment.
