Secured Signing launches form-fill and eSign kiosk

Melbourne, Australia-based Secured Signing has launched a kiosk version of its paperless eForm and eSignature technology for walk-in customers.

Secured Signing provides a SaaS (software as a service) digital signature service that allows users to capture their graphical signature from smartphones, PCs and tablets. They can also fill in, sign and seal documents and verify them digitally.

The new Secured Signing Kiosk allows a company’s representative to log in at a workstation and invite walk-in customers to fill in and eSign their eForms. To complete the secure digital process, representatives countersign the document, declaring that they have checked the identity of the walk-in customer.

Secured Signing says the new kiosk cuts paper-handling and secures information. It suits industries such as financial services, HR, recruitment, and sales organizations or businesses that need to approach customers in varied environments, the firm says.

“The increasing demand for digital processes that meet companies’ diverse operational needs is behind this latest development,” Mike Eyal, Secured Signing’s managing director, said in a statement. “The kiosk offers flexibility, while streamlining and shortening the work processes and increasing business profits.”
