Screven County, Georgia installs kiosks to aid incarcerated family members

The Screven County Sheriff's Office installed a kiosk for families looking to help out incarcerated loved ones, according to a report by WSAV.

With these kiosks, families can deposit funds for inmates to make commissary purchases. There is also an online portal to put funds into their accounts.

As part of this change, the office will no longer accept money orders for inmate funds.
