Schools beefing up security with kiosks

The Detroit News: Flagship and Reach Academy in Roseville, Mich. are just two of National Heritage Academies' 57 charter schools enhancing security measures with a security kiosk system. School entryways incorporate a computerized security system to scan the identification of all visitors, contractors, parents and faculty passing through the doors. Flagship Academy's entryway includes two sets of doors that route visitors through the main office and LobbyGuard Solutions security kiosk system, which includes a monitor that has a camera and visitor badge printer attached.
