SC city deploys bill-pay kiosk

According to the Rock Hill (S.C.) Herald, the city of Rock Hill has deployed a new payment kiosk at the city of Rock Hill Operations Center, allowing utility customers a self-service option for paying their bills.

The touchscreen-enabled kiosk accepts cash, credit cards and checks, and displays step-by-step instructions for making payments.
