SATO America, a provider of auto ID solutions, has restricted work-related travel, instituted best practices to allow telecommuting for non-business critical operations, and plans to adhere to the recommended social distancing inside inside of its facilities, according to a press release.
The company's account managers, application engineers, technical support and customer service teams are currently available through their regular phone numbers and e-mail as well as video conferences, according to the announcement.
