San Diego library opens 5th kiosk in Encinitas

The San Diego County Library in Encinitas has introduced a self-serve kiosk offering hundreds of the latest books, DVDs and audiobooks available 24/7 outside the credit union branch at 501 N. El Camino Real, according to a press release.

The kiosk measures 8 feet tall, 13 feet wide and 5 feet deep, is ADA accessible and has Wi-Fi capability.

The county now has five kiosks, the other four in Kearny Mesa, Bonsall, Boulevard and Chula Vista.

They kiosks reopened Monday after being closed due to COVID-19.
