Safe Idea closer to purchasing American Cybersystems

LAS VEGAS - Safe Idea Inc. (OTC:SAII) has completed its due diligence regarding the purchase of American Cybersystems Inc. of Boca Raton, Fla. Safe Idea announced in March that both companies had signed a letter of intent for the acquisition.

American Cybersystems Inc. is a Florida-based company specializing in Cybersurfer and other brands of public Internet multimedia kiosks. Its wholly owned subsidiary MallNetUSA has contracted with a multi-national marketing company to place MallNetUSA kiosks in resorts, hotels and shopping malls across the U.S.

Safe Idea added to its board two founders of American Cybersystems, Murray Polischuk and Jay Arney. The two companies will complete a purchase agreement within the next month.
