Safe Idea and American Cybersystems get it on paper

LAS VEGAS - Safe Idea Inc. (Pink Sheets:SAII) has completed its formal agreement to purchase American Cybersystems Inc. of Boca Raton, Fla.

Safe Idea announced in March that both companies had signed a letter of intent for the acquisition.

American Cybersystems makes Cybersurfer public Internet multimedia kiosks. Its subsidiary MallNetUSA plans to place MallNetUSA kiosks in resorts, hotels and shopping malls across the U.S.

Safe Idea will issue nine million shares for all of the assets and contracts held by American Cybersystems.
