Travelers at the Incheon International Airport in Korea can have food and coffee delivered by robots launched by Baemin, an app provider, according to a report in The Korea Herald. The robots are delivering to travelers for cafes and bakeries in Terminal 1.
Customers scan a QR code on airport seats using the app to place an order. People without apps can access the company website and pay using a credit card.
The robot has two cabinets and carries a maximum 17 kilograms and can deliver up to 250 meters from the point of origin.
