Ravkoo teams with MedifriendRx on prescription kiosks

Ravkoo, a digital SaaS platform for prescriptions, has teamed with MedifriendRx, a provider of prescription kiosks, to place prescription-dispensing kiosks inside Florida medical practices, according to a press release. Ravkoo will stock select medications in the providers' prescription dispensing kiosks tailored to the medical specialty of the specific physician.
To save time, effort and keep patients safe from adding another place where they would be exposed to other potentially sick people, patients will immediately receive their medications prescribed through the kiosk after their appointment with the doctor. The kiosk offers an interactive touchscreen monitor that allows the patient to speak virtually with a live, board-certified pharmacist.
