Raintree Systems, a provider of electronic medical records and practice management software, has launched a collection of AI-powered solutions for rehabilitation and physical therapy practices, according to a press release.

The technology, which Raintree refers to as an "Invisible EMR," is built on artificial intelligence to streamline administrative work and enhance patient care. The announcement was made by CEO Nick Hedges at the company's TherapyCon '25 conference on Sept. 25.

Among the solutions introduced was NoteIQ, an AI-powered note documentation system that Raintree claims delivers an 85% reduction in documentation time and a more than 20% reduction in first-time billing denials. Other tools include:

  • SchedulerIQ: An AI scheduling solution intended to increase revenue by up to 5% by optimizing provider utilization and reducing no-shows.
  • ScribeIQ+: Specialized transcription models that offer suggestions for CPT and ICD-10 coding.

The company also shared a vision for its agentic revenue cycle management solution, which it expects will reduce denials by 25% and automate 30% of manual workflow using AI.

"We have entered a new age of AI, and we are exuberant about leading the way for rehab therapy," Tara Clem, Raintree's chief product officer, said in the release. "Raintree is truly a case study in elevating deep market knowledge through AI innovation, and we couldn't be more excited to help our clients excel."
