Rail ticketing kiosks 'bewildering' travelers

LONDON— According to Agence France Presse, rail analysts say the "bewildering jargon" on railway self-service ticket kiosks is causing them to stand idle while commuters instead wait in line for ticket agents.
An industry association rebutted those assertions by claiming surveys indicate that 70 percent of customers were pleased with ticket purchasing.
