Probation kiosk draws concerns

Dallas Morning News: Dallas County probation officials thought they had an ideal solution on their hands - a kiosk that allows low-risk probationers to check in without having to contact their probation officer. But the machines are raising concerns, now that an open-records policy has revealed that the machines are being used by high-risk probationers, as well.
