Pro-Tech takes Best Software award

SUWANEE, Ga. — ProTech Solutions Inc. pulled the Best Overall Software Solution award for its ProductSelect kiosk and digital-signage solution April 26 during the 2007 Self-Service Excellence Awards at Self Service Expo in Las Vegas.
"Kiosks and digital signage have been around for years, but they have operated as separate entities," said Stephen Gregorie, vice president of customer experience and marketing for ProductSelect. "With ProductSelect, we have integrated the two for the first time and now a brand or retailer can deliver advertising messages to a targeted demographic based on specific user preferences."
