POS Supply Solutions goes custom

Because self-service is invading a variety of new industries, POS Supply Solutions Inc. is getting on board the customization trend, offering custom-printed kiosk paper rolls and technical cleaning cards to its inventory of stock kiosk printer paper rolls, according to a company press release.

The company has access to an array of paper grades, converting capabilities and printing options, and its custom kiosk media solutions are available on a wide variety of thermal, bond and carbonless paper grades. POS Supply can also produce a plethora of paper sizes which can be pre-printed on both sides in as many as seven colors.

POS Supply also offers technical cleaning cards to support a preventative kiosk maintenance program. More than 80 percent of printer and card reader failures are linked to poor maintenance, according to the company. The not-so-hidden costs of neglect include lost production, customer dissatisfaction, frequent service calls and premature equipment replacement. The pre-saturated cleaning products make it easy for busy operators to keep up with their company's schedule maintenance program, the company said.
