Police kiosk open for business

The Ventura, Calif., police department has installed a kiosk where citizens can pay parking tickets, register for an emergency notification system, file a complaint or link to the Crime Stoppers program, according to television station KEYT.com.

The kiosk is available Monday through Thursday and cost $12,000.
