Poker.com licenses casino games for kiosks

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Poker.com Inc. (OTC BB: PKER.OB), a provider of online gaming systems, signed a license agreement with Trimon Systems Inc. of Korea. The agreement allows Poker.com to sell and sub-license Trimon's casino, poker, and wireless casino games.

Poker.com is adding these products to wireless and closed circuit devices. The company is also developing gaming kiosks, set top boxes and personal digital assistant (PDA) software. A set top box is a computer about the size of a VCR that can provide voice, data, streaming video and Internet services.

The gaming software is meant to be used on cruise ships, land-based casinos and airlines.

The games Trimon Systems is providing to Poker.com include Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, Black Jack, Craps, Roulette, Slot Machine, Video Poker, Caribbean Poker and Let-it Ride.

Trimon Systems Inc. develops online casino products and services including software, turnkey casino operations systems and multi-language assistance.

Poker.com Inc. is a licensing and marketing company that sells and sublicenses Internet Poker, casino, and sportsbook gaming systems. The company's main revenue comes from sub-licensing fees, ongoing royalty fees, an opt-in advertising program and banner advertising.
