Plasma donation center The Interstate Companies implemented prepaid solution PaySign and PaySign kiosk by 3PEA International Inc. at all 23 locations, according to a news release.

Payment solutions provider 3PEA developed a prepaid platform for donors called the Interstate Visa Prepaid Card, which can be checked by users from the PaySign kiosk at any location. The kiosk allows donors to access account information. Cards can be used anywhere Visa is accepted, the company said.

"We are confident and comfortable to have 3PEA as our payment solution provider. 3PEA took the time to understand our needs and delivered the comprehensive payment and data solutions we envisioned," said Lenny Goodman, director of information technologies at The Interstate Companies, in the announcment. "Throughout the entire process, from program conception to development to implementation, 3PEA's level of responsiveness, quality of work and attention to detail went far beyond our expectations. Since the beginning of implementation in early September, we have experienced a significant increase in card payment program uptime, allowing us to process our donors more efficiently. Everyone at The Interstate Companies, from accounting, operations, information technology to center operators and managers are extremely happy with 3PEA and the customized PaySign prepaid solution they have provided. Most importantly, the feedback from the donors has been exceptionally positive."
