Pierpoint-Martin developing touchscreen software for AllKiosks

SANTA ANA, Calif. -- Pierpoint-Martin has been awarded a contract to develop touchscreen e-commerce software for AllKiosks.com.

The software will be designed for immediate use in three different applications, according to a company news release. AllKiosks.com plans to immediately implement the software in kiosks it has placed in dental offices, hospital waiting rooms and health clubs.

The dental office kiosks offer nearly a dozen dental products such as teeth whitener and specialized brushes. Kiosks in hospital maternity waiting rooms will give users the chance to order gifts for the new baby.

Pierpoint-Martin designs and operates e-commerce Web sites and kiosks for companies including General Nutrition Centers, HotSkins Bodywear and BodyBuildingSuperstore.com.
