Photo-Me changes its name to ME Group

Photo-Me International PLC, a U.K. based provider of photobooth and integrated biometric identification solutions, has changed its name to ME Group International PLC, according to a press release.

The company's ticker will also change, from PHTM to MEGP, as of this month.

Shareholders are not affected by the change.

The company has an established network of approximately 28,000 photobooths across 20 countries.
