Tempe, Ariz.-based Phoenix Kiosk Inc. has announced the launch of its Locco kiosk. According to a news release from Phoenix, the kiosk features a minimalist design and is lighter than other traditional transactional kiosks.
Alan Work, Phoenix Kiosk's president and chief executive, says the solution is ideal for deployers on a budget:
 | The Locco was designed to be a low-cost unit with the same high quality that Phoenix Kiosk maintains. It has grown increasingly popular, due to its simple but striking look. We are proud to have designed such as aesthetically appealing kiosk that just happens to be priced right for our clients on a strict budget, like Social Security administration offices, healthcare providers and schools. | |
The Locco's upgrade options include monitor size, biometric-sensing, payment-processing peripherals, receipt printers, cash and coin handling, secondary monitors and lightboxes.
