Tempe, Ariz.-based Phoenix Kiosk Inc. has announced the relaunch of its Web site. According to a news release from the company, the new site offers greater ease-of-use and quicker access to information. Phoenix says it also has "Explore a Kiosk," which is an interactive click-and-view tutorial about the company's common products and services. The guide features pop-up displays, text diagrams, and hardware and software explanations and feature highlights.
Alan Work, CEO of Phoenix Kiosk, says the new site is a better fit with the company's simplistic business philosophy:
We decided to revamp our site to show people that less is more. Our company was built on the belief that tireless service and quality products are more important than a polished image and parroted promises, which is why we decided to take it back to those basics and focus on things which continue to grow our business.
Phoenix says the new site also makes it easier for users to request quotes and purchase supplies, and offers a live help feature that connects users directly with a Phoenix representative via online chat.
