Philippines to get more permit-dispensing kiosks

(Philippines) Sun Star: The National Bureau of Investigation is planning to expand a kiosk program launched in October 2003 that dispenses job and travel permits. The "Gawin Mo Agad" program uses advanced biometric methods like facial recognition for identification.
