Philadelphia launches tourism kiosks

Philadelphia Inquirer: The Independence Visitor Center and 10 other organizations have collaborated on a computerized touchscreen kiosk program to give visitors information about attractions, accommodations, restaurants and activities across the region. "It's a virtual concierge," said Holli A. Muffler, sales representative for Technology Portals Inc., the company that designed and programmed the kiosks.
