PharmaSmart blood pressure kiosks join validated device list

PharmaSmart International LLC's blood pressure kiosks have been listed as US BP validated, a recently established standard, according to a press release.

An independent committee of U.S. physicians determines validated device listing eligibility based on a peer review of clinical performance data.

"PharmaSmart has long advocated for improved blood pressure measurement, and it's fantastic to see leading health organizations get behind the VDL to encourage the exclusive use of accurate devices," Josh Sarkis, PharmSmart chief strategy officer, said in the release.

PharmaSmart provides public use kiosks that offer blood pressure, weight and BMI measurement, glucose meter and loyalty app integration and media/healthcare sponsorship programs.
