ATLANTA, Ga. - Ginger Interactive Inc., an Atlanta based designer of fourth generation personal computers and maker of the Ginger personal kiosk system, announced today that members of the Real Estate marketplace will now be able to use Ginger in their automobiles.
Wireless technology allows real estate executives the ability to bring up virtual tours and listings in their cars, giving customers an opportunity to view more listings before going to see them in person. Ginger also allows agents to print out contracts in the car without driving back to the office. The personal kiosk also comes with a GPS system to help agents find their way to the right house.
Ginger implements both Voice technology and Touch Screen technology. Consumers can also use a mouse and keyboard. Ginger Interactive integrates custom web-based interfaces, enabling e-commerce transactions and dedicated portals in special niche businesses. Gary German, CEO of Ginger Interactive describes the machine as a cross between a laptop, a hand held device, a PC and a kiosk. Touted as the world's easiest to use PK, the company credits Ginger as the world's first personal kiosk system.
Software from Home Automated Living (HAL) equips Ginger to read e-mail to users. Ginger also comes with Get It Back software, a new software that saves users from bugs and crashes by restoring all work up to the last keystroke.
The Ginger personal kiosk system is designed for the workforce and home. Ginger was designed especially to help school children with disabilities, technology-intimidated seniors, special needs adults and public or employee businesses.
