Perseus introduces software for kiosk surveys

BRAINTREE, Mass. -- Helping kiosk deployers become more familiar with their end-users is partly the aim of a new software package introduced on July 16 by Perseus Development Corp.

Perseus' SurveySolutions XP is a family of Web survey software solutions designed to collect information from customers, employees, and Web site visitors. The software can be applied to electronic (Web, e-mail, Palm) and traditional (telephone, paper, fax) surveys.

SurveySolutions XP features three software packages. One of the products, SurveySolutions XP Professional, is designed for Web, e-mail, and kiosk surveys. Survey results can be stored on desktop or Microsoft access databases. The package is priced at $995.

Based in Braintree, Mass., Perseus focuses on developing and implementing Web-based market research survey products.
