Pennsylvania town to install kiosks to complement parking app

Drivers in Pottstown, Pennsylvania will be able to pay for downtown parking at kiosks in addition to using parking apps, according to a Reading Eagle report. The city has decided to install four parking kiosks and refurbish a broken kiosk.

The borough deployed a ParkMobile app in May, making it impossible to pay for parking with cash or credit card in a kiosk for most street parking.

The kiosks will be installed within six weeks on High Street at a cost of $40,000.
