Pennsylvania county approves parking kiosk contract

The Carbon County, Pennsylvania commissioners approved a three-year contract with Butts Ticket Co. of Cochranville for preventive maintenance of 15 parking kiosks, according to a tnonline.com report.

Terms of the contract include a cost of $11,790, for the first year and $15,840 for the second and third year.

The kiosks went into operation in January and are monitored from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily in county-owned lots.
