Pennsylvania borough to install parking kiosks

Ephrata, a borough in Lancaster, County, Pennsylvania, plans to install parking kiosks that accept both cash and credit cards, according to a lancasteronline.com report.

The kiosks will also feature Text2park which will allow users access to a website to enter their license plate number and credit card information and receive an email receipt.

The number of kiosks, costing between $50,000 to $75,000, has not been determined.
