PayTech Women, a non-profit organization helping professional women rise in the payments and fintech industries, formerly known as Wnet, has elected new leaders for the 2023 board of directors, according to a press release.
As part of the PayTech Women executive committee's leadership transition, Kelly Beatty, chief performance officer, FIS, and former president-elect of PTW, moves into the role of president, succeeding Kelly Tufts, vice president of field talent at Discover, who is now immediate past president.
Polly Van Duser, SPHR, vice president of talent acquisition at One Inc., transitions to president-elect; Audrey Blackmon, general manager of strategic partnerships at BHG Financial, becomes treasurer; and Dawn Delaney, vice president of innovation and fintech partnerships and wholesale payments at JPMorgan Chase, joins the executive committee as secretary.
"On behalf of the entire board, I would like to welcome our new board directors, Beth Deck of Netspend, Kathryn Vázquez Kmiotek of Fortis, Robyn Growe of Global Payments and Whitney Stewart Russell of Fiserv," Beatty said in the release.
During Tuft's tenure, the organization grew to more than 5,000 members, celebrated a record-breaking annual Leadership Summit and unveiled its new name, PayTech Women.
"I also offer my sincere gratitude to immediate past president, Mary Uslander, senior vice president, head of commercialization and client experience, Fiserv, for her leadership in our rebranding and for her long-term support of our mission to empower and invest in women," Beatty added.
"Lastly, I thank three powerful women whose time on the board is ending, yet whose commitment to diversity and inclusion in the paytech industry will never end," she said. The board of directors includes:
