LODI, Calif. - Internet kiosk provider PayStar Corp. (OTCBB:PYST) on Nov. 21 announced it has signed a letter-of-intent to purchase nearly 400 Internet kiosks from NP Communications. The kiosks will be converted into pay-per-use models.
Financial details of the purchase were not announced. As part of the deal, NP founder and chief executive officer Robert Kushner will join PayStar as a consultant on mergers and acquisitions.
"PayStar gains valuable, high profile travel and hospitality locations with this purchase," W.D. Yotty, PayStar chairman and chief executive officer, said in a news release.
