Patient survey kiosk improves healthcare interaction productivity

June 30, 2010

Opinionmeter, which provides healthcare satisfaction survey tools for gathering and measuring patient satisfaction at the point-of-care, announced that it is offering a number of interactive devices to allow its clients to capture real-time patient satisfaction feedback immediately following service administration.

The company says this feedback boosts a healthcare employee's productivity with real-time examples of positive or ineffective patient interactions.

The Point-of-Care Patient Survey Device allows healthcare facilities to collect point-of-care feedback quickly and efficiently, the company says.Based in outpatient clinics or doctor's offices, the health care satisfaction survey is loaded on a freestanding, unattended touchscreen kiosk, and is self-administered by patient entry.
