Paterson, New Jersey to deploy bill payment kiosks

Mayor Andre Sayegh of Paterson, New Jersey recently announced the launch of online bill payment services for local property tax bills. The city has also installed a self-service bill payment kiosk at its city hall to allow residents to access these services, according to a report by Tap Into Paterson.

"First quarter tax bills were just mailed out, and our constituents now have options other than standing in line at the tax office or mailing a check," Sayegh said in the report.

The city plans to add sewer billing online functionality in the future.
