Partteam & OEMKiosks introduces foodservice software

Partteam & OEMKiosks, a kiosk manufacturer based in Portugal, has introduced YCanteen/YSnack software for the foodservice sector to allow users to choose and buy products faster, according to a press release.

The YCanteen/YSnack software integrates with Delivety, an order control service for kitchens that integrates with self-service kiosks via Delivety's API.

Once the order has been chosen at the self-service kiosk and payment has been made, Delivety's order and kitchen control service allows the kitchen staff to enter orders placed via the kiosk. The Delivety API creates a card with the order details. The employee's only role is to approve the order.

The Partteam & OEMKiosks software also integrates with a Qmagine API to allow queue control and management in the order delivery process. Once the order is placed and paid for, the system prints a password with the order number so the customer can confirm their order and track it at the counter.
