Newly installed parking kiosks in Gloucester, Massachusetts are awaiting a component to accept coins in addition to credit cards and app payment, according to a Gloucester Daily Times report.

Once activated, the kiosks will meet requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The kiosks currently have plastic bags over them.

Among the 79 kiosks, 60 will accept coins in addition to credit cards and a mobile app payment, with the balance only accepting credit cards and mobile payments.

The kiosks cost the city around $1 million.
