Parking kiosks make money for cities

ePaynews: Cities such as Dallas, Seattle and Baltimore have made the move from traditional parking meters to kiosks that accept plastic as well as cash and coin. Such systems increase revenues for the cities that adopt them, thanks in part to lower administrative costs.
