Paris bicycle-renting kiosks gain popularity

The New York Times: A Paris bike program is gaining in popularity among American tourists. More than 10,600 bicycles are available for rental at 750 self-service docking stations throughout the city. The kiosks provide access in eight languages. By the end of the year, some 20,600 of the kiosks, which accept credit and debit, are expected to available throughout Paris.
