Paramount acquires First National ATM

Paramount Management Group LLC, an ATM operator and solutions provider, has acquired First National ATM, which will increase its footprint by more than 1,000 ATMS in 34 states and Washington, D.C., according to a press release.

The First National ATM team will stay on under Paramount.

"The synergies between our two companies are phenomenal," Rick Westenberger, president of First National ATM, said in the release. "My team looks forward to being able to unlock new business opportunities by offering our customers the added capabilities, experience and capital that comes with partnering with Paramount."
